Countrywide wanted to close more loans. The goal was to get more loan applications to their loan officers.

Our solution

Our team created a custom telemarketing solution to call leads that were generated online. Once the customer was contacted, they were pre-qualified on the phone to make sure that the customer fit the loan criteria for Countrywide. We then connected the customer with the loan officer via a "hot transfer" process.

Results

Countrywide was able to fund loans for a fraction of the acquisition cost. Loan officers were able to pick what time of the day they wanted to talk to customers, and have those customers delivered to their office or cell phone. Countrywide closed more loans.

Milford Hills Hunt Club is the premier pheasant hunt club in Wisconsin. Milford Hills specializes in bird hunts, sporting clay shoots and corporate events. Its mission is to get highly targeted traffic to its website to people located within 150 miles of their facility.
